Obituary of Reynold Lee Ellis

Reynold Lee Ellis, 62, Marion, died at Parkview North Hospital in Fort Wayne on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. He was born in Baumholder, Germany, to the late Harry and Shirley (Hacker) Ellis.

Reynold was a truck driver for Amusements of America. He loved to read his Bible, and he also loved to pick on and play with his nephews.

He is survived by his sisters, LouAnn Campbell, Marion, Sabrina Hettel, Marion, Teena (Gary) Howell, Florida, and Nicole Smith, Georgia; brothers, William Ellis, Florida, and Mark Ellis, Marion; niece, Misty (Steve) Ringo, Marion; several nephews, nieces, and great-nephews; and two great-great-nieces.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Kay Inman and Venita Ellis, and a brother, Harry L. Ellis, Jr..

Calling will be from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at Grant Memorial Park Chapel, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion, IN.

Reynold's funeral service will begin at 12 noon with Pastor Robert Morrell officiating. Burial will follow at Grant Memorial Park.
