Joshua Lee Stannard, 59, Marion, died at 6:59 a.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2017, in Marion. He was born in Marion on January 26, 1958, to the late Joe and Eleanor (Fowler) Stannard Payne.

Joshua enjoyed working and helping out at St. Martin's. He loved watching the Pacers and Colts, spending time with his girlfriend and cat, Tiger, being with family and friends and joking around.

Survivors include his sister, Diana Fowler Adams; brother, Danny Stannard; girlfriend, Karen Chambers, nieces, Kristy Drewitz and Hailey Hollins; great-nieces and nephews, Kayla Fowler, Kody Mayersdorf, Jake Lemon, Abby Lemon, Stevie Jo and Kendon; stepfather, Phillip Payne.

In addition to his father and mother, Joe Stannard and Eleanor Payne.

The family will receive visitors from 12-1 p.m. on Monday, October 16, 2017, at Grant Memorial Park, Chapel, 1606 W. 26th St, Marion, IN. A funeral service for Joshua will begin at 1 p.m. immediately following the visitation. Burial will follow in Grant Memorial Park.
